When you feel it in your bones, that she is the one; how far will you go to secure the relationship? How hard will you push? This is a read about finding happiness after your day-to-day life is interrupted. Laurel Waxman, is a career cop with a strong family, looking for love. Nicole Burke, rookie cop, not looking for a relationship. While working together, they each find something wonderful in the other person but due to various real and unreal circumstances Laurel and Nicole work toward friendship. The story was okay. The premise was interesting but the dynamics between the main characters was lacking.

A real slow burner that totally felt right, though Nicole needed a good talking to! Lots going on with Laurel's family being brilliant & Nicole's Jim real. Yea, highly recommended. Happy Christmas!
