Excellent source of information for homebuyers

While the topic is dull, the information is excellent! Very helpful for my wife and I when purchasing our first home and we'll definitely revisit it when it's time to refinance or buy again.

Didn't finish reading, much of the informational background on mortgage was dated by current market.
