Rate this book
This is not only a basic recipe book. It is also an essential guide and handy reference to the three major types of ovens on the market. If you are thinking of buying a microwave, or have bought one and want to get the best from it, you need this book.

An exceptionally useful book, which I've referred to regularly. Basically, it gives you the basic setting you need to cook various types of meat, vegetables, etc. by various oven types (convection, combo, microwave). In these days of expensive energy costs it's useful to know the most economical way of cooking to keep your costs down.

Note this is not a cookbook, it does not contain recipes but is basically a collection of cooking instructions.
