It has some good exercises and if u know the basics then its a good book, but for a newbie it is still abit conusing. Was to me atleast. But after I took a couple of lessons from a musician, who taught me basics and some finger exercises I returned to the book and found it suprisingly easy to follow. That said nothing beats learning from an actual person.
