The book itself has a lot of actionable data. A lot of it is just basics of how to run a company and at first it surprised me but then I understood that running a company is not part of learning to be a real estate agent.

It took me a surprisingly long time to read this book, I guess it’s because I was just a little intimidated by the idea of starting my own real estate career. However once I made the decision to do so, this was one of the first books I bought right away and I promise you it doesn’t disappoint. I read it once, bookmarking every page I find useful, and then went back to take proper notes. It will help you a lot!
