Very scientific and specific details on diet and nutrition, vitamins and other needs. A little dry at times and some things are already dated with better updates or new information, but for the most part still a good read and helpful. Especially with learning why you need more of certain nutrients and where to find them in various foods. Dated but informative, would still recommend.
