Ya know... there were some good stories in this book but it didn't have an overall flow... it wasn't a page-turner for me. Maybe too much time has passed since Prez passed away... but I didn't feel like I got much insight into Prez as a musician. He was loved by musicians, he drank too much... I'm getting tired of musician biographies that seem to try to convince me that the only path to pure music is pain and suffering, self-destructive behavior, etc.
