Nice reference for recipes and types of food appropriate for those with diabetes including breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, etc.
Easy to understand language and simple format with appealing pictures.
Some of the recipes are a bit more complex than I'd like, however, and seem a bit dated, but the book is older so this is to be expected.
