Part secret agent, part private eye, and part idiot, this book was interesting, but not terribly. There is plenty of suspense and action. I would have rated it higher, but the main character, Philis, kept making decisions that weren't necessary or were very stupid. I just couldn't see him surviving as a secret agent or a PI.
