This book abounds in brief descriptions of physical and emotional health issues, exercise routines, supplement explanation, and losing weight. The brevity is a good thing. The fixes are your standard, "See your doctor..." advice with possible solutions thrown in. The exercise portion includes resistance, cardio, and stretching. The nutritional guidelines given are your standard calories in/calories out approach. Nothing here is a break-through understanding.
