because i didn't have time to practice anything from the book, and because i don't know anything about decorative sewing (or regular sewing, for that matter), i don't really know if this book would be useful for somebody or not. :)

the pictures were great and very detailed, and there were a wide variety of projects in here. i'll try to check it out again in a month or so, to see if i can actually practice some of the techniques shown in the book.
