Matthew Weathers I'm not sure if Daniel Jeffries is correct about Yuji Ijiri. Jeffries describes the triple-entry accounting system that blockchains use. But this book…moreI'm not sure if Daniel Jeffries is correct about Yuji Ijiri. Jeffries describes the triple-entry accounting system that blockchains use. But this book written by Ijiri seems to be about a different kind of "triple entry" accounting. Specifically, "momentum accounting," which lets you forecast the future by looking at momentum.

I haven't ready Ijiri's book, but I read this review by an accountant: http://www.warrenhenke.com/writing/es... and it doesn't mention blockchain at all.

Either Jeffries didn't do his research well and erroneously referenced Ijiri just because he talks about "triple entry," or Ijiri did indeed later come up with a cryptographic third entry... but I don't think it's in this book.
