A young brown pelican rests in the mangrove trees off the coast of Puerto Rico. Now that Pelican has learned how to fly, she must figure out how to fish. Again and again, she dives into the clear, blue sea, fills her pouch with water, and surfaces. Can she catch a fish in her giant pouch? And if she does, can she keep it for herself, or will the gulls take it from her?
