Amazing Freedom: Devotions to Free Your Spirit and Fill Your Heart

Rate this book

What does it mean to experience amazing freedom? People often don't expect to find freedom in the church, freedom in religion, or freedom in Christ. And yet, that's exactly what Christ promised.

In the first section of the book, each devotional describes something we can find "Freedom From..." In the second section, the devotionals move on to what we're given the "Freedom To…" do. In the third section, the devotionals explain why we have that freedom at all, in "Freedom For..."

Together, forty devotionals told through the authors' diverse voices give a multidimensional view of why and how we can find amazing freedom in Christ.

Continuing my devotional trek through my Women of Faith devotionals.

I appreciated this one because it focuses on the freedoms we have in Christ, when so many think that being a disciple of Christ is too restrictive.

All of the authors have a distinct writing style, and I enjoyed reading their thoughts. I didn't read this as a devotional, but straight through.
