I found this book both informative and encouraging. Wyley did talk about diabetes, I actually did learn some things and found that I could do walking and lose weight. It recommends that in the home walking as well as other types of walking. It's a quick read and I recommend it for those who really don't like to exercise but due to having diabetes need to move.

Exercise whats that? Sound advise for couch potatoes like me...SSShhhh.
Some good advice, worth the look.
