I found this book both informative and encouraging. Wyley did talk about diabetes, I actually did learn some things and found that I could do walking and lose weight. It recommends that in the home walking as well as other types of walking. It's a quick read and I recommend it for those who really don't like to exercise but due to having diabetes need to move.
