I read this book at the same time as Michaelson's God in Your Body. This is the better book. It comes to the meditations in a much deeper richer way and offers lots of hands-on meditations that are very appropriate to any faith. My biggest problem with the book is that it is a book and to read and do the meditations at the same time is down right impossible. As a result, I would say read the book but get the audio format to follow the meditations.

Very interesting book with meditations. Not a quick read because of the guided meditations, but worth it.
