I loved learning more about the labyrinth and this book laid it out well in three sections: history and background, how to make one, and different exercises/practices to try. Especially the section on creating a labyrinth was appealing to me. It inspired me to seek out a local labyrinth where I can walk!

The title sounds as spiritual book but actually it's kind of weird book. It's all about labyrinths, creating, practicing meditation and walking, healing and relaxing. The best thing is the practical part, where u can learn how to create your own labyrinth. If someday I decide to create my own labyrinth I will reread this book

I enjoyed this book quite a bit. Certainly more than Artress' book on the same subject. I think the reason why stems from the fact that "Exploring the Labyrinth" shows you how to make labyrinths of varying complexity and out of a number of materials.
