Earlier this February, I was sick for an entire month and truthfully, I got fed up with doctor prescribed medications. 🫩
So, for common minor ailments like stomachaches, headaches, and those little things that are, although small, can become a real pain if ignored, I turned to something different.

I picked up an old book from my late grandfather’s library, alongside insights from a traditional medicine doctor.
And I can honestly say, I don’t regret it one bit. 😌

The more I read, the more fascinated I became. I was completely hooked.
Before I knew it, I had grabbed a notepad and started jotting things down.

🕸️ I can’t speak for everyone, but after finishing this book, I feel genuinely inspired to explore herbalism. 🕸️
