Iain Abernethy's first book. Some of the stuff in here has now been covered in greater detail in some of his later books [Arm Locks For All Styles, Throws For Strikers] but this is a great mine of information, particularly about the grappling side of Karate. Abernethy has gone from strength to strength since this book!
