A well-presented, helpful resource for either postponing or achieving pregnancy. The basic explanations are simple enough for laymen to understand, while providing accurate reproductive information with the potential to aid in all around gynecological health.

As a woman with both a medical background, and someone who's faced pronounced negative side effects regarding hormonal-based birth control, the education provided by this book has been invaluable to my health and fertility options.

Note: The Ovulation Method is NOT to be confused with the Rhythm Method.
