An art instruction book with virtually no pictures! How do you teach something visual without visual aids? Well, you don't, really.

This book is the best book ever for people who are interested in drawing but have never taken it up. From learning the basic skills in Chapter 2, to drawing landscapes, animals and even drawing cartoons. Lots of helpful tips in every chapter. I loved the section Children are the Best Cartoonists. This book makes a reader feel like anyone can pick up a few skills and learn to draw. This book would be a welcome gift to anyone considering taking up art or looking for a new hobby.
