Fascinating cross-cultural study of human health and functionality across a life. Drawing information from studies of pre-agricultural societies, a healthy human norm can be derived from analyzing activity and applying those lessons to modern folks.

Paired with Calvert's Super Strength or the Brawn series, a simple functional exercise program can be easily designed. Emotional and psychic health considerations are well considered and described.

I was disappointed over the dodgy science. The links they claim for a paleolithic diet were questionable even back in 88 when this came out and their test pool is very narrow. Oh well.
