Mark Whitman, freelance reporter, has just scored an easy assignment-write an article for Total Man Magazine about Lara McKenzie, sex educator and obvious expert on self-pleasure. He expects to find a bookish geek, not a red-hot redhead! When his one-time assignment turns into a request for a full-time job writing with Lara, Mark has to lie to Lara to convince her to co-author the articles. Soon they're steaming up the sheets in the bedroom and on the pages of the magazine and Mark is in way over his head. The truth may set you free, but Mark's afraid when Lara finds out the truth, he'll lose not only the job of his dreams, but the woman he loves.

This is three-stories-in-one book.

Hands On by Jaci Burton -- After Lara McKenzie wins a rather unusual competition benefiting charity, reporter Mark Whitman shows up to interview her. Stunned at his audacity, she reluctantly agrees. But what Dr. Lara doesn't know is that Mark is angling for a contract with a major magazine and this is just the stepping-stone to it. The magazine loves the article and extends the contract offer with one caveat--the monthly bit will be a her perspective/his perspective on a specific topic. This means Mark has to get Dr. Lara on board to clinch his contract. To do that, he lies to her and romances her...with explosive and unexpected results.

Coffee, Tea, or Lea? by Ann Wesley Hardin -- Lea Harding and Coop Masterson meet in a training class about terrorists on airplanes--Lea is a flight attendant and Coop is a security expert--and they rub each other the wrong way. They meet again when Lea's family and Coop both plan vacations on the coast of California. This time Lea gets to see the other side of Coop when he teaches her and her brother Joe how to surf, inspires Lea's parents to sell their home, and gets her brother interested in life again. Lea and Coop churn up more than just water when they indulge in a vacation romance.

Twice Upon a Roadtrip by Shannon Stacey -- Being passed over for a promotion infuriates Jillian Delaney and to top off her horrible day she runs into the thief's son Ethan Cooper when she mistakes his car for hers. The encounter spurs her to quit her job and go on a vacation; trouble is, she's broke and the only vacation she can afford is the senior's spring fling to Orlando, FL. Who should be going on that trip but Ethan accompanying his mother, the job thief. A series of unfortunate events results in the two being thrown together and more than the weather heats up.

She's a free spirit, but he's fallen like a ton of bricks and fixes her wacky family's issues and then all is well in the universe...

Another free-spirited heroine; while the story is light-hearted fun, not a keeper for me.

The whole collection was fun but didn't grab my emotions for keeps.
