Wild and Willing begins with the entertaining fantasy scenario of the helpless maiden being “kidnapped” by a dashing pirate and carried off to his lair. Of course, it's all played for fun as part of a local pirate festival in Tampa (the festival as it turns out is real, but it looks like the “kidnapping” was all in the author's imagination) and the maiden was more than willing. Shelves: abandoned, 1-star, romance
Several months after I decided to stop reading, this book still infuriates me. But now that I have some distance from the book, I’m going to try to collect my thoughts in a slightly more coherent manner than what I’d previously managed.

First of all, I’ll be honest and say that I only read half the book before I put it down. It’s possible that it does a complete 180 just pages after where I stopped. But since I don’t intend to finish the book, I’ll never know if this is the case. So I’ll just foc

Hmm...not really a bad book, but not one of the best Blaze books I've read. Good light reading, so I give it 3 stars.

I actually loved this book, pretty tantalizing through out. I usually pass on books after reading them, but this one will stay on my shelves for a future reread!
