Everyone gets stressed in life but it is how the stress is managed that determines how long it lasts. Not everything is about stress though. Miraculous stories of how things like meditation and visualizations saved peoples lives. Having a positive out view on the negative, changing your surroundings, and learning to just laugh are the three things that I took away from this book that I have carried since I finished it. When you are trying to overcome something don't have people holding you back or making you think that you are the worst of the worst. Express how you feel, laugh it off, get people in your life that are going to help you through your journey and never look back. I could go on and on for days about that life lessons that this book taught me but I would literally have to spend days preparing everything. Anyone who is struggling with anything please read this book I beg of you. Thank you.
