I read this for a class on inclusive leadership and thoroughly enjoyed learning both theoretical concepts and definitions surrounding diversity and inclusion, as well as practical implications of what this can look like in the workplace. It provided a strong framework and deeper understanding of these topics that have become such buzzwords today. I haven’t read other books on this, but I imagine there are few academic resources on this topic like this one.
Note that this is basically a textbook where each chapter is written by different authors. It’s written simply and can be easily understood, but is definitely an academic book and not one for leisurely reading.
