Very well written text book! Easy to understand and very explanatory! I read this book daily a few pages at a time and I learned something new every single time I picked it up!! First text book I've ever read front to back after starting at random chapters at first when I was curious about a particular country or region..

I would expect that the author would probably claim that this book is politically neutral, but it is not. And I don't like the rightward bias found in it.
