His uncle, a famous wrestler with ties to organzied crime leads Real to meet Frank Cotroni. A chilling account of organzized crime in Canada, and one man's conflict. Cotroni takes Real on-he gives him affection and a sense of belonging. Eventually Real becomes fully immersed in Cotroni's Mafia world-eventually killing 5 men for Cotroni before he turns against his patron and the Mafia lifestyle.

One of the first books written about the Canadian Mafia. The focus is the life of Real Simard, a hitman for the Cotroni Mob. However, unlike many other government witnesses turned author, there is not much doubt as to the veracity of his claims.
