I have made nearly everything from this cookbook. Highly recommend the rice noodles with prawns and lime, red curry fish with sweet potato, ham lasagne, the easy- mix chocolate cake.........well everything really!!!!

My favourite recipe from this book is Bills Meatballs. So simple and so good.
