Start by marking “Your Dreams” as Want to Read:
What's a dream? It's a night-time reaction to what is happening to you by day. It's a message that your body and mind are relaying to you. It is symbolic and significant. In short, it has a meaning. Use retired GP Elizabeth Scott's examples to figure out your own dreams and help your friends make sense of theirs.

I liked reading this book and there were many things I learnt about my own dreams while at it. But there was something lacking in the way this book was written. It seemed to lack detail in some sections of the books and it was very personal, which is not what I expected when I read the book.
