Un buen libro para profundizar acerca de las 5 heridas de la infancia, ahora enfocándolo desde la alimentación. Este esta bastante aterrizado, ya que cuenta con una tabla para que registres tus alimentos y reflexiones acerca de la razón que te llevó a ingerirlos. Sobre todo el libro te ayuda a comprender más tu cuerpo y aprender a escuchar tus necesidades.
