This is a collection of speeches and interviews given by 4 star generals in the American armed forces. There are several pieces of wisdom here that are transferable into non-military applications.
The men here were mostly born in the early 1900's, long before political correctedness became the norm. As such, many of their comments are outrageous by today's standards. More than leadership advice though, this book is chock full of reminiscences of postings and name dropping which I found very tedious.
