The recipes are well written but there's nothing overly special about any of them

While the recipes are inexpensive and there is alot of them they are average. Nothing outstanding so far. I have made a pot of chunky chili. It was very tomato-ey, Mark had to add spice of course. I made rice to go with it. The other recipe I made was a ziti in a frying pan. You saute the meat and onion then add a jar of spaghetti sauce of your choice and 8 oz of cooked ziti and then dollops of a ricotta on top and mozzerella, cover and cook about 10 minutes til all hot and melty and add parmesan at the last minute. I was a little short on sauce and used glutten free pasta so it wasn't as good as it could have been. But it was edible.
