A lot of good info but was very uncomfortable with the notion that leaders should be activists. This perspective is ruining a lot of companies. Most executive leaders don't have introverted feelings (Fi) in their personality type. Fi is the cognitive decision-making function responsible for values and beliefs. Activists usually have this in their type. So, leaders being told to be activists are just pawns for social change. The leader can't connect social issues with the rest of their decision making process and this might undermine doing what is in the best interest of the owners of the business. E.g. the 2023 Bud Light fiasco.
