I was really disappointed with this book after working through the excellence of the FE Review manual. I was so hoping for the same format. Detailed and broad descriptions and key points of the topic followed by sample questions. I was very very disappointed to see that it was only a collection of problems.

The problems were good. Much better than what was available through the PPI afternoon session passing zone. However, the mechanical afternoon session exam went into more detail on mechanical problems. I would have liked to have a similar book to the FE Review Manual.

I recommend it for the individual taking the mechanical discipline-specific review, but if you want a review book with information, maybe consider picking up the PE Mechanical review book to support your studies.
