Clearly outdated as this was published in 1994, but it does give great insight into what people thought following the break up of the Soviet Union. I like how one argument (chapter) was juxtaposed next to its counter argument. Over the book was organized well and it was kind of a hoot to read some of these very wrong (as in proved wrong over these past 23 years) opinions. I would recommend for perspective on that time period. :)

Library find- found it really interesting and made me dive into Cold War literature. Chapters feature opposing view points, some anonymous some professionals.
