Confession: I didn't read the entire book from cover to cover. Yet what I read changed my life and led me to the man I've been married to since 2006. Still married. To think that I wouldn't have been able to identify how wonderful he is if it weren't for the things I learned by reading this book.

Also, I somehow still have friends from 1994 still in my life, go figure!

If you feel like everyone you meet sucks, the first three chapters are enough to be a huge game changer.

While the book is insightful, some of the advice may feel repetitive or overly simplistic for readers already familiar with personal development literature. However, its positivity and clarity make it a great starting point for those new to the subject.
