This book did inspire me to drink more water but I am convinced the author really didn't do his research very well on the different forms of filtration. By the end of the book I was discouraged! He made me feel like there is no good solution to filtering water, at least not without being heavy on the "cons" vs. "pros" list. I am drinking more water as a result of reading this book and I plan to read more books by the author who wrote the forward of this book. I am sure he is much more knowledgeable on the subject. Glad I just borrowed this one from the library rather than wasting any money on a purchase!

Just started this book/pamphlet. My dad recommends the sproutman! I just purchased (finally) a carbon-block filter for the kitchen. Though I still use a Brita at work, for convenience, and because everyone else just drinks tap water :-P
