In 1998, John Randolph Price experienced a mystical revelation from which came specific steps to higher consciousness - a ladder to climb to a new dimension where the illusions of sickness, scarcity and discord are shattered and a world of wholeness, abundance and right relations is revealed. He was also given a glimpse of the future as we move into the third millennium, and how lasting peace will finally come to Earth. This is the story of that revelation.
John Randolph Price was a CEO in the corporate world who together with his wife Jan, devoted more than 50 years to researching the mysteries of ancient wisdom and integrating those teachings with spiritual metaphysics.
In 1981, the Prices founded The Quartus Foundation, a spiritual research and communications organization in the Texas hill country town of Boerne, near San Antonio. Via the Quartus Foundation, the Prices originated World Healing Day, an event held on December 31st of each year.
Not being a devout Christian, I was skeptical when a friend proposed this for a book discussion. Thankfully, I was both pleasantly surprised by the material and resonated with the underlying message of this work which focused on releasing the illusions of the world and embracing our place in it. Though the title invoked Jesus Christ, what Price is truly pondering is the Christ energy, which is one of love, empowerment, and personal growth, which seems to run counter to the prevailing teachings of modern Christianity. It was fun to read this with a group, especially one that ran the gamut from born-again Christians to atheists and those who embrace other spiritual doctrines. Even better, the dialogue focused on our collective spiritual paths and what was to be gleaned from the reading regardless of our own personal beliefs. I would recommend this for anyone who is interested in the inner journey, especially if you can get over the title or like to be challenged by such things. I enjoyed reading the Jesus Code. It gave me a lot to contemplate and internalize. I highly recommend reading it if you want to learn more about Christ Consciousness.
