This read is the sweetest narrative I have ever read to my kids. There are plenty of things that deserve to be recognized about this tale. First of all, the pictures are enlightening and colorful, the protagonist’s adventures and the bond with his friend puts emphasis on the importance of friendship, and, last but not least, I don’t think that the fact that the author used the color green throughout the entire book is a mere chance. This color is often associated with nature, growth, and renewal and it usually symbolizes vitality, and harmony with the natural world. How cool is that?

Young readers can not only enjoy the reading experience here, but they can also act out the adventure. Lovely!
