For not knowing much on the topic, as I do. This book took the unknowing level to the understanding level upon completion. The author did a nice job explaining each concept of SS-- and going deeper into the terminology, abbreviations -- the wordsmith side of SS was clearly shown.

Intended for both participants and sponsors, this is a worthy introduction to Six Sigma. It's concise but seems to thoroughly cover the key concepts.
