Ariella Shriver was born at the hands of the med students at the University of Washington. Living with her mother and great grandparents, she overcame a struggle with adversity, using writing as an outlet to keep her going. She graduated from Sequoia High School in 2010, after four years of wondering whether she would or not. There were many barriers that stood in her way in life, and she worked very hard to leap each one. Ariella carries a stuffed cat named Creature, is addicted to white chocolate mochas and chicken paninis, and enjoys slacking off to listen to live music.
