The book is about two kids a boy and a girl who like to jump, skip, and jump in the air. Mom tells the kids to stop jumping but they won't listen. After multiple times of mom telling them to stop jumping and skipping the girl falls of the bed and brakes her hand. At the end both kids stop and sit still after they have learned their lesson. This book is a reader easy sentences not a lot of wording, lot of repetition. It gives you a glossary of the main words for the book, not the best illustrations.

My favorite part was when they said action words like "jump" and "hop," which helped my little sister learn. This wasn't a great bedtime book though, because she kept getting up and jumping and hopping around. Luckily she didn't break her arm like the girl in the book.
