Citizen Turner: The Wild Rise of an American Tycoon

Rate this book
Here is the full, unvarnished story of Ted Turner. Profoundly affected and driven by his father's suicide when he was only 24, the young Turner's riches-to-rags-to-riches life is truly an only-in-America yarn.

In my opinion, the greatest Ted Turner book out. Also, one of the greatest books about the psychology of a risk-taker. This book shows the underlying elements that led Turner to become one of the most fearless risk-takers of our time.

A great read for entrepreneurs and creative professionals.

Good read if your into Cable Television or business. A non-holds barred review of the life of Ted Turner, CNN, and the classic nature of TV.
