This is definitely a very beginner-friendly approach to migrant mental health, and feels a bit amateurish for my expectations (looking for something a little more research heavy) BUT certainly a cute little guide for potential immigrants or new immigrants who may need a bit of a push to learn how to let go, make time to grieve and create spaces to prosper in a new world. The short book includes a simple fill-in-the-blank PDSD questionnaire and practical survival tips.
