Straightforward and easy to read. Basic information about how important it is to keep your body's PH level balanced and how to do that. We eat too many acidic foods and not enough alkaline. One of the easiest and most impactful lessons I learned from this book is that a glass of lemon water first thing in the morning (and before meals if you want) can quickly balance your PH. That, and simply eating more vegetables! Many, many diseases and conditions (like simple lack of enery) are caused by PH ...more

This book is easy to understand and read. Even though it is packed with so much good information it still feels that one can understand and implement these ideas very easily. A very good book to have in your collection.
