Quite interesting. Slightly different to most "diet" type of books. Nothing dramatically new, but I like that this book is more about attitude and -exactly as it says on the cover - thinking about eating patterns/habits, rather than just eating as a set of food items and amounts.

I am not done yet, but I am really enjoying this book. It is a slow read though because it has so many practical exercises to implement as you change your attitude around eating. It's not your typical diet book, would reccomend.

THINK MORE EAT LESS is the accumulation of the last 20 years of my working career and is a combination of the essential physiological and nutrition elements and also the often overlooked psychological aspects of weight loss. It contains practical useable tips and techniques that you can use for yourself to learn how yourbrain works, how to change beliefs and how to eliminate food cravings. I run a one day practical workshop to accompany the book, you can visit powertochange.me.uk for more info or to contact me directly.
