This is truly revealing about health in today's world. It is without a doubt that our well being and health begins within the womb. Some of the conditions we observe in midlife and later life began much earlier on as a foetus. Regardless of this, nutrition does affect every aspect of our lives , and as such we should not be wholly dependent on medications but rather on a balanced diet.

Some good points in there and definitely written in quite an unbiased way but still follows a reductionist approach when it comes to nutrition and completely ignores the fact that nutrients dont work in isolation and dont follow a linear causality. A good and easy read but needs a much broader point of view than the traditional A causes B and B causes C approach.

Very insightful...makes you rethink the way in which you can manage your own health without big drug companies doing it for you in the name of profit rather than wellbeing!

“SUMMARY AND RECOMMENDATIONS When it comes to diet, nutrition and health, don’t believe everything you read. Far too much reporting is partial and misleading, and it shouldn’t form the basis for dramatic changes to your diet or lifestyle.” 0 likes
