This really was a fairly complete book! I enjoyed how it combined history with technique. It didn't give me enough info on any single application to make me an expert, but it brought enough inspiration to make me want to experiment. The photos and illustrations were great, but I wish more had been in color.
This is your one stop shop for everything Printmaking. It's a pricey one, but definitely worth its weight in gold if you're seriously pursuing the craft. Very informative on the history of, methods employed, and supplies & instruments available.
A comprehensive book about all aspects of printmaking for artists. A few lessons for classrooms, but mostly a reference book for art teachers and advanced high school students.
This really is a comprehensive printing book. I liked the combination of history and technique in each chapter. The photos were great, but I wish they had been in color.
