This book tries to micromanage you in the worst way. It gave me anxiety. This is the worst possible way for me to deal with ADHD. No thanks.

This book is very focused on strategies, which is a good thing. I think the most helpful section is the second one, which outlines strategies for different spheres of life, like study and relationships. A bit overwhelming to read all at once, though--I think it would be better to work through it slowly like the authors suggest.
